From operating two machines alone to employing ten people.
All people, whatever their circumstances, have a dream. So did Ravi. From day one, Ravi was not content with just dreaming, he took ownership of his dreams – and all the work it would entail. And that’s exactly what set him apart.
Now an owner of a welding workshop that has been in operation in Katni for the past five years, Ravi once worked at the same fabrication job day in and day out for 10 years. But after acquiring the skills and practicing his craft, he had a vision of improving the standard of living for him and his family.
He started his own business with just a single welding and drilling machine. He faced a number of issues and difficulties in his initial days. Even though he had numerous orders, he couldn’t fulfill the requirements and had to turn away potential customers due to a lack of tools and instruments.
Frustrated by having to turn away potential customers, he was keen to increase his capacity to meet new order requirements. With the timely aid of AYE Finance in the form of a loan, he acquired a boring machine as well as a portable welding machine. With steady hard work and untiring dedication, he is now an employer of 10 full-time workers! Today not only has he turned around his standard of living like he once dreamed but is now supporting the livelihood of others.
He now feels that his dreams are within his grasp, and with his current rate of growth, he knows he will get there. He proudly says, “Since my business has grown, I do not have to say ‘No’ to my customers anymore!” – with a smile that threatens to engulf his face.
Ravi like so many others has said “Aye to Growth” and we’re keen to see where his journey takes him.
