I recently completed 6 months at Aye Finance and all that comes to my mind is that if you want to feel inspired then this is the place to be! Being a part of a small company that’s growing exponentially can be unnerving but also one cannot lose sight of the organization’s vision. Working here can be insanely tough at times, but nothing can beat that feeling of seeing it all pay off. Each employee’s contribution is heard, valued and recognized. Surrounded by some of the smartest people of the industry, one comes across a myriad of opportunities to learn and grow. The people here are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The progress and endeavors have only been possible because of the dynamic and accommodating team that works 24×7. Working at Aye Finance, there are some of the best colleagues you will have. You forge friendships and relationships that (ought to) last a lifetime. Also, one cannot oversight the support of the top management that makes this all work and drives us to be innovative, creative and focused.

Driving a digital transformation for an organization like ours is not easy. Working at Aye let me lead the digital transformation to evolve the user and customer experience. I am happy to be part of a team that has established a milestone in the fintech industry and is renowned for agility. At Aye we understand efficiency of digitalization and we have proved it through implementing digital lending suite across PAN India. We also recognize that a company is based off its people and growth of employees. Here is a place where you grow as a person, as a worker, and as a leader!
My journey with Aye kick-started in 2017 with an exponential learning curve. Thanks to the mentorship program here, I was closely associated with more than one department over a short period of time. The work-life equilibrium here is what every employee aspires for. Aye provides a conducive milieu for functioning proficiently. Here at Aye, I feel a sense of ownership.
I have never felt like we have a complicated hierarchy at Aye. We can approach our seniors whenever we want and we have the room to develop strong relations with our teams. My journey at Aye Finance has been really motivating. I had joined this organization as a Loan Advisor, and two years later, got promoted to a Branch Manager on a fast track. Currently I am leading the biggest branch at Aye and this would not have been possible without the support of the leadership team at Aye, who believe in identifying internal potential and nurturing talent in people.
