Actively engage with Auditors, IPO Channel Partners for financial restatements Preparing workings, MIS, Analysis regarding IPO related proposals, documentations. Coordination, Preparation and Validation of Disclosures, Notes to the financial statements, restated financial statements. Active support in monthly and quarterly financial statements. Assesses the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
- Relevant experience in an NBFC
- Experience: 5 – 6 years in NBFC Financial Reporting
- Experience of Auditing / Listed Company will be an extra advantage
- Candidate must have good communication skills (Oral & written)
