  • Responsible for Treasury Middle & Baack Office functions and ensure monitoring, reporting and documentation is done as per required policy and timelines.
  • Ensure all borrowing and investments are executed after approval from appropriate authority.
  • Ensure all borrowing and investments follow regulatory guidelines.
  • Preparation and submission of various ALM reports
  • Preparation of LCR & other regulatory reporting related to Treasury.
  • Liasoning with statutory auditors, internal auditors for submission of various data and certifications activity
  • Report/escalate limit breaches defined by the various internal committees.
  • Compliance and audit related activities
  • Liability and cash flow management
  • Assist in preparing and executing borrowing documentation.
  • Covenant tracking for all the liabilities

3 to 5 years in Mid Office treasury.

MBA/CA/ with relevant experience in treasury of a NBFC

Candidate must have good communication skills
