Aye Finance Welcomes Second Batch of Management Trainees

Aye Finance takes great pride in calling itself a young and an innovative company. The unique combination of experienced leadership at the top and young employees at the middle management has provided Aye the agility to scale at a rapid pace. This unique managerial combination at Aye got a further boost when we recently hosted our new team of management and graduate trainees (MTs/GTs).

On 3rd March 2017, Aye Finance organized an interactive session for the upcoming batch of MTs/GTs at its Head Office. The session started with an address by Sanjay Sharma (MD) and Vikram Jetley (ED) where they took the trainees through the mission, vision, growth journey and key strategic initiatives of the company. The forum was then opened for the MTs/GTs to ask their questions straight to the senior leadership team members of the company.

The trainees come from a host of top schools such as DSE, IMT, SRCC, IMI. The event provided the trainees first opportunity to know one another as they come from different schools, personally interact with the senior leadership and spend time with various employees from different functions to understand what a typical work life at Aye is like.

Our experience with our first batch of MTs (hired last year) has been very good and we are excited to see the 2nd batch all geared up to take the brand Aye forward.
