Weekly Yoga Workshops
Our Ayetians believe in rejuvenating and reconnecting through Yoga regularly.
By practicing yoga regularly, we want to aid Ayetians in achieving:

That is why we come together as a team and practice relaxation techniques on a weekly basis. These sessions are a great way of keeping our body and mind healthy, while also giving us all a chance to have fun together!
AYE(USH)
We are constantly taking the initiative to incorporate practices in our everyday workspace that allows our employees to relax, and AYE(USH) is one such initiative.
AYE(USH) consists of doing simple exercises that lead towards a healthy body and a healthy mind. At Aye Finance, we are mindful of the fact that sedentary behavior is correlated to poor health and can increase the risk of developing everything from heart disease to diabetes. But with small bouts of exercise, it’s possible to take a break from all that sitting. While our simple exercises shouldn’t replace a more vigorous workout routine, they can surely complement one.
De-Stressing Sessions
We believe that the best organizations are based on happy individuals. This is why Aye Finance, with Zariyaa, organize Free Live De-Stressing sessions to add a little bit of relaxation to the lives of busy Ayetians.
From Pranayama to Meditation, various relaxing techniques are practiced to improve our em
ployees’ holistic well-being. The sessions greatly aid the stress relief of our team and are a great mental exercise for all of us!
