Create an Application Roadmap for Loan Origination System and interlinked applications in line with business objectives Support digital transformation journeys (to augment operational efficiencies, enhance external client experience, and expand market reach)Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs -Techno-functional specifications – Development – UAT- Production release.

Translating Business requirements across core applications in to actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery Conduct Cost Benefit analysis of all major projects recommend a Prioritization Framework for project delivery keeping in mind the business objectives

Desired profile:

5-10 years of experience in Bank, NBFC, Fintech or IT Product Companies.

Should have experience in retail financial services; exposure to SME lending desirable.

Deep knowledge of Loan Origination Systems.

Exposure to customer facing channels – IVR, ACD, CRM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc

Experience in designing and implementing digital journeys and integration with third parties for KYC authentication, Account Aggregation, Messaging Platforms, Credit Bureaus etc.

Good understanding of emerging technology trends in retail lending.
