- Responsible for Treasury Middle & Baack Office functions and ensure monitoring, reporting and documentation is done as per required policy and timelines.
- Ensure all borrowing and investments are executed after approval from appropriate authority.
- Ensure all borrowing and investments follow regulatory guidelines.
- Preparation and submission of various ALM reports
- Preparation of LCR & other regulatory reporting related to Treasury.
- Liasoning with statutory auditors, internal auditors for submission of various data and certifications activity
- Report/escalate limit breaches defined by the various internal committees.
- Compliance and audit related activities
- Liability and cash flow management
- Assist in preparing and executing borrowing documentation.
- Covenant tracking for all the liabilities
3 to 5 years in Mid Office treasury.
MBA/CA/ with relevant experience in treasury of a NBFC
Candidate must have good communication skills
