Aye Finance organized its second Strategy Meet on 25th – 26th February 2017. The meeting was led by Sanjay Sharma (MD) and Vikram Jetley (ED) and attended by all the senior leadership team members of the company and graced by Rajat Arora (Nominee Director, LGT Impact Ventures). Sanjay and Vikram delivered the opening address and provided a highlight of the key achievements of the last financial year.

The leaders divided themselves into groups and challenged one another in an intensive team building game of “Marshmallow Challenge” – a challenge to make the tallest free standing structure using spaghetti, tape and thread and with a marshmallow placed on top.

Aye – a company that strongly believes in rewarding its employees for their meaningful contribution in taking the brand forward – felicitated some of its employees for having completed a certain number of years with the company.
Neeraj Sachdev, Bonojit Ukil, Sharad Kumar, Mithilesh Shukla completed three years with the organization recently and were presented with wristwatches with Aye logo as a small gesture from the company’s side.

Bala Murali, Vishal Kumar, Gunjan Ranjan completed their first anniversary with the organization and were presented with personalized coffee mugs as memory of their time with the organization.
